If you’re wondering if a church can make a difference in the lives of community members outside its building walls, the answer is a resounding “yes.” If you need proof, look no further than the partnership between Oak Ridge Baptist Church and Stone Grove, a low-income community located a few miles down the road from the church.   Volunteers from ORBC are busy partnering with the Stone Grove community to provide assistance to its residents in various ways, from working with the MD Food bank to provide food distributions to hosting game nights for kids, from offering financial management classes for residents to inviting them to luncheons, breakfasts, and more.
